Finally, the time has come again - just a few years after the thrilling race and the unique atmosphere of the FIS Ski World Cup Final in 2014, another ski festival will be held in Lenzerheide on 12 and 13 March 2016. The women’s Audi FIS Ski World Cup makes a stop at Heimberg in Parpan.
All world contests are held on the «Silvano Beltrametti» slope which was inaugurated in 2005. The slope has a total length of over three kilometres with the starting point at 2'160 m above sea level. The joint finish line for the disciplines of downhill, super G, giant slalom and slalom is located in Parpan at 1,530 m above sea level.
With an average inclination of 31 % and a maximum gradient of 66 % this route is one of the most difficult in the world. The route was improved further based on the experiences of the successful World Cup finals in 2005, 2007, 2011, 2013 and 2014 and adapted in accordance with the newest technological requirements.
