National teams summer training update, part 1

German, Austrian and Swiss national teams have had busy days lately and have been a lot on the road. Here's a short summary.

Germany

In the middle of August a part of the German Cross-Country Ski team had a training camp  in the ski hall and training courses in Oberhof. At the beginning of this week the team went to Valddidentro in Italy and to Santa Caterina. Nicole Fessel and Elisabeth Schicho had carried out before a high altitude camp in Seiser Alm.

Austria

After the national roller skiing championships the Austrian Cross-Country national team split in two groups. Ladies' team withe Teresa Stadlober and part of the men's team with Bernhard Tritscher skied in the ski hall in Oberhof, the second group went for a high altitude camp in Livigno.

Switzerland

In August Swiss Cross-Country went for a training camp to Norway. Some of the top skiers took part in Toppidrettsveka 2017. The sprint team spent two weeks in the home area of the coach Philip Furer. Roller skiing competitions, hard training units as well as fishing were on the programme of the Norwegian camp.
