Sweden's Linn Soemskar and Håvard Solås Taugbøl won Alliansloppet 2018. Soemskar won the race in the time of 1:58:57.13 ahead of Maria Nordström and Lotta Udnes Weng (NOR). Taugbøl stopped the winning time at 1:40:01.45 with Anders Mølmen Høst second and Calle Halfvarsson third.
