Countdown to Ruka Nordic - first tracks are being prepared

The berry picking season is over, and the Indian Summer has passed Finland. Now it's time to get the snow groomers out and get ready for the first World Cup races on November 23rd to 25th 2018!

Despite a warm autumn season, the snow farming kept a significant amount of the stored snow from the past year. Exactly 3 weeks before the first Sprint World Cup race, Ruka opens a 2.5 km track of the northern round as from today.
