"Yes it was a revenge because of Lahti. But we did not just ski as a team today but more also as friends and this makes the win even more special for us. To be able to cross the finish line in the first position is of course always a special moment. We now evjoy the day and see what other goals we will set for us."Emil Iversen (NOR)

In front of 10,300 spectators, Johannes Høsflot Klæbo and Emil Iversen tackled the sprint final the right way and got rewarded with the title of World Champion. Russians Alexander Bolshunov and Gleb Retivykh race to the silver medal and sprint experts from Italy, Federico Pellegrino and Francesco De Fabiani take Bronce.

A high pace and a course ready for surprises. That was on the menu for todays team sprint. Especially on the second last hill leading into the stadium - as already in the individual sprint - the men in the final lap stalled for a second and wanted to wait who will take the lead for the final stretch. Alexander Bolshunov went for it and leaped downhill back towards the stadium. Klæbo managed to follow and was ready to attack in the final uphill. Italian's Federico Pellegrino sprinted to the 4th place with a +4.03 second gap to the winning team and secured the spot on the podium by only 0.7 seconds as the Swedish team with Oscar Svensson and Calle Halfvarsson.
