Overall sprint World Cup winner Stina Nilsson is on fire at the World Cup finals in Québec city. The young Swede strikes again and outruns Therese Johaug (NOR) by +0.2 seconds on a spectacular finish. Ranked 3rd is Ingvild Flugstad Østberg who keeps her lead in the overall World Cup.

It took some turns to break off around the 3.5km course around the Plaines d'Abraham. Top stars Therese Johaug, Ingvild Flugstad Østberg and Stina Nilsson  took over the lead after the first lap and were in charge for setting the pace. Maja Dahlqvist, Ebba Andersson (both SWE) and Krista Pärmäkoski (FIN) were on the hunt but had to fight with a gap of around +20 seconds.

Therese Johaug, has already secured this season's overall distance World Cup title by winning all 12 individual distance World Cup (incl. the World Championships) races she participated - except for today's race.
