Gear up for the season: latest equipment changes

As the season approaches, FIS Cross-Country athletes are back on snow and back on skis. The physical build up of busy summer trainings gets its fine tuning with the right choice of equipment. Find the latest news on equipment changes here:

FISCHER

Moa Lundgren and Jens Burman from the Swedish team as well as Giandomenico Salvadori from Italy are the latest addition to the Fischer race family. All set with both, Fischer ski and boots, the athletes are ready to get the season started.

Newly equipped with ONE WAY poles, Teresa Stadlober (AUT), Emma Ribom (SWE) and Emil Iversen (NOR) are the latest addition to the team.

ROSSIGNOL

With Jonna Sundling from Sweden, second placed in the 2019/20 Sprint World Cup ranking and winner of the Drammen as well as Eirik Augdal from Norway, who finished fourth in the prestigious Holmenkollen race 2020, Rossignol welcomes young guns aboard. The teams gets rounded up with Ole Jorgen Turvoll from Norway.

SALOMON

World Cup proven Johanna Matintalo from Finland takes new paths, as well as Johnny Hagenbuch - gold medallist with the U.S. Relay team at the JWSC 2020 - with the Salomon racing team.

EXCEL

Jason Rüesch from Switzerland is the newest member of the Excel ski pole family and is in the start gates to get the equipment tested in just about one week at the World Cup opener of Ruka Nordic.

SWIX as well as ATOMIC did report no changes to their existing teams.
