Results french national summer sprint championships

The french national summer championships took place in the 'Stade des tuffes' in Prémanon. On the programme was a Sprint C on Saturday and distance races in Free technique on Sunday.

In the senior categories, Richard Jouve decided the Sprint Finals for himself, ahead of Lucas Chanavat and Valentin Chauvin (mens Sprint results) . The womens Sprint was won by Léna Quintin, followed by Enora Latuilliere and Coralie Bentz (womens Sprint results).

Sunday awaited with a course of 14.9km respectively 11.2km. Maurice Manificat ensured himself the title of national champion just under 14 seconds ahead of second ranked Clement Parisse and third ranked Hugo Lapalus (mens distance results). As the Sprint competitions the day before, the womens distance race was accompanied by wintery weather and cold temperatures. Non of it stopped the strong senior biathletes that took control of the womens podium of the 11.2km F course. Julia Simon took the victory before Justine Braisaz and Anais Bescond (womens distance results). In absence of Delpine Claudel, the best female Cross-Country expert from the French womens team was Flora Dolci who ensured the fourth place, 6 seconds behind the podium.
