The World Cup season of the COOP FIS Cross-Country World Cup got started with the Sprint C on the tough courses of Ruka Nordic. Sprint World Cup winner 2019/20, Linn Svahn from Sweden proved that she is ready to take over the lead again into this new season by charging in at all heats. Chased by her strong team mates Maja Dahlqvist (2nd) and Jonna Sundling (3rd), as well as Emma Ribom (6th), the Swedish team defended all podium spots before the 4th placed Lotta Udnes Weng and 5th placed Ana Appelkvist Stenseth from Norway.

"I know we are a strong team and I know how fast those ladies ski so it is really nice that we can be four girls in the finals and have three of them on the podium. I am so glad to part of this team."Linn Svahn
