In four months, the FIS Cross-Country family is kicking the season 2022/23 off in Ruka, Finland.

Until then, many hours of soaking up the sun on and off training and regeneration sessions await. Podcast: Between sky and ski tracks by Ebba Andersson and Lisa Vinsa

For all Swedish Cross-Country lovers understanding Swedish, Ebba and Lisa have come up with their own podcast series of "Mellan himmel å skidspår" (between sky and ski tracks). The duo catches up on each other's week, talking to guests and sharing everything from food to training schedules and time off the professional athletes life.
