With a full week of events around the Rollerski competitions, the Norwegian region of Telemark opens this years FIS Rollerski World Cup.

From 24th to 26th June, competitions around Bø, Lunde and Notodden is the place to meet the international FIS Rollerski and Cross-Country family.

Race program for the weekend (all times in local time - MEST):

Friday, 24th June – 10km/15km

The brand new Rollerski facility in Notodden will be the first location of this years FIS Rollerski World Cup competitions. The Notodden Energi Arena Grønkjær has paved trails of 3.2km, leading through open pine forests and views up to the fjells. A great atmosphere to get the competitions started.

Saturday, 25th June – SPRINT day

Back with spectators and a festival around the Sprint races, the race course of around 1.4km are located in the town center of Bø.

Sunday, 26th June – Kanalrennet

Along the Telemark channel, the racers will cover 25km respectively 50km with the start and finish point in Lunde.  The long distance race will be the crowning final to the first FIS Rollerski World Cup weekend this summer.

Together with the international stars and the Norwegian National team on the start line, the entry is open to everyone and will bring a large number of skiers to the start line of this exciting and scenic race. Good luck to all!
