Passing of Johanna Bassani

FIS was deeply saddened to learn of the passing of 18-year-old Austrian Nordic Combined athlete Johanna Bassani.
Johanna was a valued member of the Nordic Combined community and had been competing in the FIS Youth Cup, Alpencup and Continental Cup series, as well as taking part in the FIS Nordic Junior World Ski Championships and Youth Olympic Games this winter.
FIS would like to extend heartfelt condolences to the family, friends and loved ones of Johanna Bassani, as well as to the Austrian Ski Association.
