In March 2023, after a long and exciting season, the jury voted from the nominees in the following categories:
Men’s Athlete of the Year

- Schmid, Julian (GER)

Women’s Athlete of the Year
- Armbruster, Nathalie (GER)

- Sieff, Annika (ITA)
- Westvold Hansen, Gyda (NOR)

Coach of the Year
- Pertile, Ivo (ITA)
- Villet, Alexandre (FRA)

In an online voting, the fans had the chance to choose their “Rookie of the Year”:
Men’s Rookie of the Year
Stefan Rettenegger (AUT) – 44.9%
Matteo Baud (FRA) – 41.9%
Iacopo Bortolas (ITA) – 13.2%

Women’s Rookie of the Year
Nathalie Armbruster (GER) – 52.7%
Annalena Slamik (AUT) – 25.7%
Joanna Kil (POL) – 21.6%

Additionally, two special awards were presented by the FIS Team.
Czech Tereza Koldovska earned this year's Sportmanship Award with her fairness and genuine joy for the other athletes.
Regardless of her own results, Koldovska has always shown appreciation for her competitors and, off the field of play, with her positive attitude has proven what characterizes the Nordic Combined family.
She has understood what athleticism means and is an exemplary athlete who serves as a role model for many others.

In addition, the German national coach Hermann Weinbuch was honored for his life's work.
Weinbuch is the most successful German coach of all time and was able to celebrate 6 Olympic victories and 15 World Championship titles in his 27-year career as head coach. His influence on Nordic Combined remains unmatched, earning him this special award in recognition of his decades of commitment to Nordic sports.
