Relive the 2016 Tignes halfpipe World Cup finals

The first of our freeski #ClassicsLive showdowns votes went to the man, the myth, the legend Kevin Rolland, who laid it all on the line in Tignes to take the final victory of the 2015/16 season and claim his second career crystal globe.

With Sochi 2014 Olympic silver, Inawashiro 2009 world champs gold, three crystal globes, three X Games golds, 15 World Cup podiums and six World Cup victories, Rolland has seen his fair share of epic moments in his career. But when it comes to the World Cup this victory - in front of flag-waving, flare-burning, chainsaw-revving French crowd - stands out as one of the most epic of them all.

Oh, and don’t forget that a ripper you might remember from the USA named Maddie Bowman took top spot for the women, with her teammate Annalisa Drew and France's own Marie Martinod rounding out the podium.
