2019 ANC and SAC season summary

With the Northern Hemisphere’s winter season just around the corner and the first FIS Freeski big air World Cup competition coming up already this weekend, we’ve decided to take a final look and round up what went down on the other side of the globe during 2019 Australia/New Zealand Cup and South American Cup.

Many World Cup riders took part in this season’s Continental Cups staged south of the equator in Argentina, Chile, Australia and New Zealand. The series continue to be both an important stepping-stone for riders looking to raise their level to top international competition, as well as some of the best warm-up events for the northern hemisphere’s World Cup season for those athletes already established amongst the world’s elite.
