While the winter months may seem far away, the dedication and training of moguls and aerials athletes never waver. In the scorching heat of summer, the athletes are hard at work, honing their skills and pushing their limits. From water ramps to trampolines for the aerialists and glacier training for the moguls specialists, these athletes are leaving no stone unturned in their preparations for the next winter season.

For the aerials athletes, water ramps provide the ideal training ground during the summer months. With specially designed jumps and landing pools, these ramps allow skiers to practice their tricks and aerial maneuvers in a safer environment. Therefore the athletes can perfect their form, air awareness, and execution, ensuring they're ready to unleash their stunts on the snow when winter arrives.

Also the trampolines have become an essential part of aerials training. Trampolines allow athletes to simulate the sensation of launching themselves off a ski jump as freestyle skiers practice their take-offs, rotations, and aerial positions, refining their technique and building the muscle memory necessary for executing complex tricks. Trampoline training is crucial for aerialists to maintain their aerial awareness and perfect their body control throughout the summer.

Meanwhile, moguls athletes take their training to the icy heights of glaciers, which provide the perfect setting for honing their technical skills and building strength and endurance, while working on perfecting their turns, absorption, and airs. The summer training on glaciers allows athletes to fine-tune their technique, adapt to varying conditions, and prepare for the upcoming competitive season.

Summer training for moguls and aerials athletes is not just about physicality but also mental fortitude. Athletes push themselves mentally to visualize their runs and analyze their techniques.I t’s also a time for mental conditioning, focusing on maintaining a competitive edge and channeling their determination towards achieving their goals.

As summer training continues, the athletes know that the hard work they put in during the off-season will directly translate to success on the slopes.
