Johan Eliasch, Tess Critchlow, Thomas Bach and Sami Kennedy-Sim

FIS President Johan Eliasch and IOC President Thomas Bach gathered in Korea to support snow sport’s young talents at the Winter Youth Olympic Games Gangwon 2024.

They attended the Big Air event, the Cross Country Sprint and the Nordic Combined event together and cheered on the athletes who for the very first time performed on this world‘s stage.

Eliasch and Bach have spent time with the Athlete Role Models Sami Kennedy-Sim, former Ski Cross athlete from Australia, Tess Critchlow, Snowboard Cross athlete from Canada, Eric Frenzel, former Nordic Combined athlete from Germany, Maxime Laheurte, former Nordic Combined athlete from France and the FIS ski and snowboard family to enjoy the Games and talk about the one thing they are all so passionate about – snow sports.
