Passing of Dieter Posch

FIS was deeply saddened to learn of the passing of Dieter Posch. The long-time snowsports professional Dieter Posch passed away in early October after a long and severe illness at the age of 76. In the Austrian Ski Association (Ski Austria), Posch was responsible for the Racing Office for a long time, and most recently for the Performance Sports Department.

In retirement, Posch still held the chairmanship of the European Cup Committee and was a member of the FIS Grass Ski Committee until the end.
