President Eliasch meets Bulgarian President Radev

The Bulgarian Ski Federation, just like FIS, is celebrating its centennial this year and used the backdrop of the Audi FIS Alpine World Cup races in Bansko to mark the major milestone.

FIS Council Member and Bulgarian Ski Federation President Tzeko Minev presented FIS President Johan Eliasch with a speciall- designed and limited-edition medal during the celebrations.

The ninth consecutive giant slalom win from Marco Odermatt on Saturday was followed by a rainy slalom race on Sunday which ultimately was cancelled due to to the weather conditions.

Before the race was cancelled, the Bulgarian President, Rumen Radev, was spotted in the finish area and had the chance to meet President Eliasch and give weel-wishes for the rest of the season to Bulgarian star racer Albert Popov.
