Alex Fiva (SUI) is one of the Athletes' Commission representatives on the Council.

Born in Newport Beach, California, the Swiss citizen competes on the FIS Ski Cross World Cup since 2011. In his first season at the highest level, he ranked among the best, coming 3^rd in the overall standings. Only one season later, in 2013, he claimed the overall globe.  

Today, Alex counts 34 World Cup podiums, including 13 victories. He became Ski Cross World Champion in 2021 and Ski Cross Olympic vice-champion in 2022. Still competitive at 38 despite a serious knee injury at the end of 2022, he was still fighting for the overall lead in the 2023-24 season, in which he eventually came third.
