Fiona Stevens
Fiona Stevens (NZL) is a former Olympic, World Championship and World Cup Alpine skier and one of the first New Zealanders to forge an international snow sports career. Her career best result was tenth in the 1978 World Championship slalom.
After completing a Business Degree at Canterbury University, Fiona worked across manufacturing, marketing and branding to deliver award winning campaigns for global brands, such as Nestle.
In 2004, Fiona co-founded The Snowvision Foundation, a charitable trust, and established an endowment fund that supports New Zealand snow sports development and athletes across all codes.
From 2005 Fiona introduced World Cup Skiing, Snowboarding and Freeski shows to New Zealand audiences with SKY TV and Volkswagen.
In 2019 Fiona became New Zealand’s Alpine FIS representative. Current Chair of Australia New Zealand Committee, Member of the Alpine Future Vision Working Group and other FIS committees.
