Flavio Roda
Flavio Roda (ITA) was elected by the FIS Congress in 2012. He has also been the President of the Italian Winter Sports Federation (FISI) since 2012.
He was a member of National Board of Italian National Olympic Committee (CONI) from 2017 to 2021 and he has been a member of National Council of Italian National Olympic Committee (CONI) since 2012.
Prior to that, he held several positions in winter sports.
From the mid '80s, he worked for Italian Winter Sports Federation as the head coach for the Italian Women's Alpine Skiing World Cup teams as well as the Spanish Men's Alpine Skiing World Cup team. He was the coach of Italian superstar Alberto Tomba from 1994 to 1998 and was the head coach for the Italian men's Alpine Skiing World Cup team from 1999 to 2003.
From 2003 to 2007 he was the Technical Director of the Italian Men's Alpine Skiing World Cup team and the Director of Italian Men's Alpine Skiing World Cup teams and, finally, from 2008 to 2012 he was the head of the Federal Technical School of Italian Winter Sports Federation.
Flavio Roday was elected Vice-President of the FIS Council in 2022, at the 53rd FIS Congress in Milano.
