On the cross-country side, a 3.75 km course with an integrated 2.5 km cutoff and a sprint course are ready and also the stadium is prepared in a sufficient way. The snow production is scheduled to continue as log as favourable environmental conditions exist.

In the past month, both the Utah Olympic Park ski jumps and Soldier Hollow Nordic Center cross-country venues have played host to very successful test events. Over 500 athletes from nearly 40 nations are expected to compete.
