The Frenchman from Bois d'Amont debuted in the World Cup in Liberec in 2001 and since then, has celebrated his successes first and foremost with the French team, although they had a tendency to come in as unlucky fourth at title events like Olympic Games and World Championships.

His career highlights include one individual podium result at Ruka, Finland in 2012 as well as two World Championship gold medals at Val di Fiemme in 2013 in the team and Team Sprint events. He also took a bronze medal with the French team at the World Championships in Falun in 2015.

Sebastien likes outdoor activities like mountain biking, tennis, rock climbing but also model building and working on the computer. He is also a big motorbike fan, his idol is Valentino Rossi.
