Ticket sale for Summer Grand Prix starts

Summer Grand Prix opener Oberwiesenthal and the fellow Saxon mid-week event in Klingenthal have joined forces for the tickets sales this summer. The two stages at the Fichelberg and the Aschberg can be visited with a joint “Saxon ticket” for 25 Euros, valid from August 23rd to 28th. The ticket pre-sale starts on July 1st.
10th anniversary edition in Oberwiesenthal
For Oberwiesenthal, the 10th anniversary edition of the Nordic Combined Summer Grand Prix is chock-full of highlights. The Mountainbike „Vier- Hübel-Tour“ will be hosted at the same time The party time starts with the ski-jump-party on Friday night. A Big Band will take care of the right atmosphere with Rock and Pop music. Saturday night all lights are on „Rockfloor“ from Geyer on the open-air-stage. Following there will be fireworks if the weather joins in to celebrate the 10 years of Summer Grand Prix in Oberwiesenthal. During the day, there will be an EnviaM-City-Bike-Sprint together with the „Vier-Hübel-Tour“. A maximum of 30 members will start in a mass start on the same course as the Nordic Combined athletes.
On Sunday, 25 kids can take part in a kids running race and do some sportive activities. If you wish to register your child, please contact sgp2019@wsc-erzgebirge.de. For families, there will also be an area with a bouncy castle, ice stock sport, ski jumping on the WII console, face painting and many other activities.

Early bird tickets for Klingenthal
Separately for Klingenthal, there is the option to buy pre-sale tickets (until August 26th) for the men’s and women’s trainings PCRs on August 27 as well as the two competitions on August 28. This ticket is available for 10 Euros. For all three events in Klingenthal, children until 12 years can watch the events for free accompanied by a paying adult.
