The PCR for the FIS Summer Grand Prix final in Villach/Austria took place today under a blue sky with summerly temperatures. 25 athletes from eight nations were on the Start List for two training jumps and the PCR afterwards.

Due to technical issues and difficult wind conditions, the start had to be postponed. With a one hour delay the Women started into their provisional competition round in the early afternoon at the Villacher Alpen Arena.

The furthest jump of the day was performed by Annika Sieff with 94 meters. With 103.6 points the Italian took the lead and secured the victory of the PCR.
Rank 2 was also taken by Italy, with Veronica Gianmoena reaching 91 meters and 100.2 points.
Austrian Annika Slamik (86 mts, 98.7 pts), the winner of the PCR in Oberwiesenthal/Germany, placed third, ahead of the current overall Grand Prix leader Gyda Westvold Hansen (85 mts) from Norway with only 0.1 points (98.6 pts) less.
