Otepää (EST): PCR victory for Schmid

In freezing temperatures of -11°C, the Men’s PCR for the FIS World Cup in Otepää (EST) took place this noon.  
47 athletes from 11 nations were on the Start List for one training jump and the Provisional Competition Round afterwards.

Due to difficult wind conditions the Training and PCR had to be postponed from Thursday to Friday.

The furthest jump of the day was performed by Julian Schmid with 96.5 meters. With 128.2 points the German took the lead and secured the victory of the PCR.  
Rank 2 was taken by local hero Kristjan Ilves from Estonia, with 96 meters and 126.8 points (+6 sec). 
Jens Luraas Oftebro (94 mts, 125.6 pts) from Norway placed third.

Due to an infection, the Overall World Cup leader Jarl Magnus Riiber is not on start in Otepää.
