Andreas Wellinger misses GP in Hinterzarten

Olympic champion Andreas Wellinger will not compete in this summer's FIS Grand Prix in Hinterzarten (GER), he will instead accompany the FC Bayern Munich on its USA-Tour.
"As you may know, I'm a huge football fan. So I'm glad to say that I will have the great opportunity to join the #AudiFCBTour in the US - my personal summer-highlight ", the 22-year-old wrote on his facebook page.
The German soccer champions and Andreas Wellinger will be in the USA from July 23rd to 30th, the FIS Grand Prix in Hinterzarten is scheduled for July 27th and 28th and will have to take place without one of the crowd favorites.
