Tom Hilde of Norway, who took the win in the first competition with an impressive performance in the final round, achieved yet another top result in fourth. He was closely followed by young Pole Tomasz Pilch, who once again proved his constantly good shape in fifth.

Sondre Ringen was the second Norwegian among the top ten of the day in sixth. With Bor Pavlovcic in seventh and Tomaz Naglic in eighth, the Slovenian team showed a strong performance with three athletes among the best on day 2 on the Paul-Ausserleitner hill.

Andreas Schuler came in ninth again, like on Wednesday, and his good performance recently earned him a spot on the Swiss team for the Ski Flying World Cup this weekend in Bad Mitterndorf. Ulrich Wohlgenannt was the best Austrian in tenth.

After the first ten competitions of the season, Tomasz Pilch leads the overall ranking of the Continental Cup with 492 points. Marius Lindvik of Norway (416 points) and Nejc Dezman (391 points) follow in second and third.
