The same three athletes stood on the podium in Sunday's Continental Cup competition in Bischofshofen (AUT) than on Saturday evening, only in a different order.

Czech Tomas Vancura, who was second on the day before, made it to the top this time. The 20-year-old won with jumps of 135 m and 137 m and 261.6 points. This was the second win in the COC for the athlete from Liberec.

Simon Ammann, who was tied for first with Vancura after the first round, could also improve his result by one place compared to the first competition this weekend. With 136 m and 140 m the superstar from Switzerland finished second with 259.6 points.

The winner of Saturday's event, local hero Clemens Aigner, was only sixth after the first half of the competition with 132.5 m, in the final he then jumped on 138.5 m and moved up to third with 258.8 points.

Mackenzie Boyd-Clowes of Canda came in fourth, behind him Stefan Huber (5th), Philipp Aschenwald (6th) and Elias Tollinger (7th) provided an outstanding team result for the Austrians, to which Maximlian Steiner also contributed with his tenth place.

Italy's Davide Bresadola was able to repeat his eighth place from Saturday, Jaka Hvala was ninth and represented the Slovenian team in today's Top 10.

With his great results this weekend, Clemens Aigner now also took the lead in the overall ranking of the Continental Cup with 521 points. Miran Zupancic of Slovenia (500 points) and Aigner's teammate Florian Altenburger (443 points) are second and third.

The next competitions of the COC will be held next weekend (February 4th and 5th) in Erzurum (TUR).
