On Monday Slovenia's Eva Logar has announced that she will end her Ski Jumping career.

"It took me a while to make this decision. I thought about it for a long time. But there comes a point when you have to draw that line. I will miss all my friends, the other athletes and everyone, who helped me during the course of my career, but we will definitely meet again somewhere", Logar is quoted on the website of the Slovenian Ski Association.

The 26-year-old, who was competing in the World Cup since 2012, achieved her best result in February 2013 with a fourth place in Sapporo (JPN) and was in the Top 10 a total of eight times. At the Nordic World Championships in Oslo 2011 she closely missed the podium in fourth.
