Harald Rodlauer coaches Austrian ladies' team
Aug 31, 2018·Ski JumpingHarald Rodlauer was named the new head coach of the Austrian ladies' national team. In this position, he will follow Andreas Felder, who will be coaching the men's team from now on.
The 52-year-old was working with the men's national team as the assistant of Heinz Kuttin for the past four years, before that he was already the ladies' head coach from 2011 - 2014.
"This is an interesting task. The level of ladies' Ski Jumping increased over the past years and the World Cup will gain further importance in the future with new, attractive events. We don't have many, but very good athletes, with whom we will hopefully start into a successful future", said Harald Rodlauer.
"Harald Rodlauer was the preferred candidate, not only because of his experience in ladies' Ski Jumping. He did a very good job as a coach for many years and sees it as a challenge to form a strong team", explains sports director Mario Stecher.
