Hoelzl and Iraschko-Stolz best in training

While the qualification for the FIS World Cup Ladies Ski Jumping in Hinzenbach (AUT) had to be cancelled due to too few participants the local heroes impressed in the training session on Friday.

Hoelzl with longest jump
Chiara Hoelzl won the first two rounds with 86,0 and 90,5 meters. Teammate Daniela Iraschko-Stolz was best in the third round with 90,0 meters. Germany´s Katharina Althaus came in second twice with 85,0 and 89,5 meters, Jaqueline Seifriedsberger was second in the last round with 88,5 meters. In the first round she came in third. Yuki Ito of Japan also presented herself in a good shape and came in third in the last two rounds with her longest jump to 88,5 meters. Sara Takanashi, who just won her 50th World Cup competition in Rasnov, was struggling a little with the hill in Hinzenbach and jumped up to 87,5 meters.

The first of two individual competitions starts on Saturday at 1pm.
