In the past, Daniel Huber has already struggled with injuries, most recently this past summer, so these results at the beginning of the season are even more positive for him. "It has been difficult sometimes, also financially. But I had great support from home and this pays off now", he is quoted on orf.at.

The athlete from Salzburg can now participate in the next competitions with lots of self-confidence. "Ski Jumping can be so easy. I won't stop fighting, there are still five guys ahead of me."

When it comes to big success, Daniel Huber has a good role model in his own team. Stefan Kraft is of the same age and both have been jumping together many years. From the Alpen Cup on I have been ahead", said the last winter's overall World Cup winner.
