Since Wednesday morning, two "snow containers" are working at full speed to produce the necessary snow at the Hochfirst-hill in Titisee-Neustadt (GER).

The organizers can also use snow of the specially produced "Black Forest Glacier" and, if the temperatures are low enough snow canons can produce additional snow at the hill.

Unfortunately the snow of the "Black Forest Glacier" will not be enough to cover the Hochfirst-hill completely. That's why the two "snow containers" are used right now.

The machines will produce snow over the next three to four weeks in order to have enough to get the hill ready for the FIS Ski Jumping World Cup in the Black Forest from December 8th to 10th.
