"I'm very satisfied with my result today, it's my first victory this season. I love this hill, it's fun to fly here and if there's headwind you can jump really far. Now I'm looking forward to tomorrow's competition", said the happy winner, who had a serious crash in Lillehammer six weeks ago.

Second-placed Juliane Seyfarth made a similar statement: "I like this hill very much, it's a lot of fun to jump here. My jumps were a lot better than yesterday." After this second place, Seyfarth is now third in the overall World Cup ranking.

Maren Lundby, who dominated the qualification yesterday, lost her chance to take another win already in the first round. With 105 m, Lundby was only seventh after the first jump and already more than 20 points behind the best. In the second round, the Olympic champion then showed what she can do posted the longest jump of the day with 135 m. This earned her the third place today. "The conditions were changing during my jump in the first round, fortunately, I had a really good jump in the second round. I'm happy to be back on the podium and I'm on the right track", said Lundby.

The German showed a very strong team performance. Besides Juliane Seyfarth, three other German jumpers made the Top 10. Katharina Althaus (4th), Ramona Straub (7th) and Carina Vogt (8th) completed the great team result. Anna Rupprecht was 25th.
