Even bad jumps were good", Straub said and added that "team events are the most fun, but at the same time I hate them because I'm so nervous and it's so extremely exciting." With her performance today, Straub is now also among the contenders for a top result in Wednesday's individual event.
For the second-placed Austrian team, Chiara Hoelzl explained: " I really can't describe my feelings right now. It's amazing that the four of us made it. We achieved everything we wanted today."
The Norwegians were equally enthusiastic about winning the bronze medal. "I'm lost for words right now. We are standing here and won a medal as a team. I'm impressed by today's performances of everyone on our team", said Silje Opseth.
