Six jumpers on the Polish A-team
Apr 30, 2019·Ski JumpingThe Polish Ski Association announced its Ski Jumping teams for the upcoming 2019/20 season on Tuesday. The A-team of the new head coach Michal Dolezal will consist of six athletes.
Besides Kamil Stoch, Piotr Zyla and Dawid Kubacki, who showed an outstanding team performance last winter with finishing third, fourth and fifth in the overall World Cup, these are Maciej, Stefan Hula and Jakub Wolny.
The Polish top athletes will be coached by Michal Dolezal and his two assistants Grzegorz Sobczyk and Zbigniew Klimowski. Andrzej Zapotoczny is the technical coach.
With Aleksander Zniszczol, Paweł Wasek, Andrzej Stekała, Tomasz Pilch, Klemens Muranka, Bartosz Czyz and Kacper Juroszek seven jumpers were named to the Polish B-team of the coaches Maciej Maciusiak, Radek Zídek and Daniel Kwiatkowski.
Kruczek new ladies' coach
Lukasz Kruczek, former head coach of the Italian and Polish men's national teams, will now be coaching the Polish ladies' junior national team together with Marcin Bachleda and Wojciech Tajner. Kinga Rajda, Anna Twardosz, Kamila Karpiel, Nicole Konderla, and Joanna Szwab are on this team.
