Pawel Wasek of Poland was seventh after the first round with 130 m, the best jump in the second round of 135 m and 247.0 points earned him the second place overall today.

Austria's Markus Schiffner moved up from ninth after the first half of the competition to third with his total of 244.9 points (128.5 m and 133 m).

The best German, Martin Hamann, was fourth and missed the podium by only one point. Hamann's teammate Moritz Baer followed in fifth. 20-year-old Slovene Lovro Kos achieved a career-best sixth place in the Continental Cup today in Michigan. Even more would have been possible for him today as he was third after the first round behind Clemens Aigner and Martin Hamann.

Best Norwegian was Sondre Ringen in seventh, the eighth place went to Maciej Kot of Poland. With Felix Hoffmann (9th) and Ulrich Wohlgenannt (10th), the teams of Germany and Austria were represented by three athletes in the Top 10.
