Saturday in Hinzenbach (AUT), local hero Chiara Hoelzl won her third competition in a row. Maren Lundby from Norway finished second and Chiara’s teammate Eva Pinkelnig third.

After a close competition, Maren Lundby took the second position, a bit disappointed by her jumps of 85.5 and 88 m. “I still have to work on my position. I had good memories of my jumps in the qualification yesterday but unfortunately I was not able to make them as good today“ explained the World Champion.

Austria secured again a 1-3 finish with Eva Pinkelnig, also third in overall World Cup. Delighted by the crowd who came to support the whole team and deeply moved to hear the national anthen at home she added  “ I would have never expected this at home”
