Norwegian top jumpers train with Russian kids

The Norwegian Ski Jumping national team around head coach Alexander Stoeckl is Chaikovsky this week, following an invitation by the Russian Ski Association.

With the exception of Daniel Andre Tande, Thomas Aasen Markeng and Anna Odine Stroem, the best Norwegian ski jumpers traveled to Russia not only to train there but also to promote and further develop the sport of Ski Jumping in this huge country.

Johann Andre Forfang, Halvor Egner Granerud, Robert Johansson and the others are training together with Russian kids, who are obviously really enjoying this opportunity. The coaching staff spoke about Ski Jumping in Norway, its special values and the work during training and competitions, like the Raw Air Tour.

The summer preparation period will then continue for the athletes in Norway, with a similar event. At the already traditional Storsamling, the will also be training together with a lot of enthusiastic young ski jumpers.
