The trip home from the World Cup in Val di Fiemme is not going smoothly. The team of head coach Alexander Stoeckl got stuck in Venice due to the technical problems of the plane.

"This will be a demanding trip home. The flight was canceled due to an engine failure. Everyone had to get off the plane and check in again", said Stoeckl. On Monday afternoon it was not clear yet, when the team will be able to return to Norway.

Despite these problems, there is good news for Anders Haare and Andreas Granerud Buskum. Both young athletes earned a spot on the team for the upcoming World Cup in Titisee-Neustadt with their performances in Predazzo.
"Both scored World Cup points this weekend. They presented themself well on the highest level and so they deserve the chance to prove their potential again", explained Alex Stoeckl.

Anders Haare achieved a career-best 23rd place on Sunday, Andreas Granerud Buskum was 25th on Saturday and scored the first World Cup points of his career.

Besides Haare and Buskum, Daniel Andre Tande, Marius Lindvik, Robert Johansson, and Johann Andre Forfang will also remain on the team for the event in the Black Forest.
