It was a difficult start of this season's first Ski Flying weekend on the Kulm-hill in Bad Mitterndorf (AUT).

The official training and the qualification had to be canceled on Friday due to the difficult weather conditions. In rain and strong wind, the jury first decided to postpone the start of the training round, shortly after 12 pm CET the entire program for today was canceled. Ski Flying was not possible in these conditions.

This means that there is a new schedule for Saturday, February 15th. A training round will be held at 9:45 am CET, the competition then follows as originally planned at 11 am CET. There will be no qualification, and so all 53 athletes will start in the first round.

According to the weather forecast, the conditions will be a lot better on the next two days.
