Andreas Felder, who resigned as head coach of Austria's ski jumpers after last season, will take over the position of athletic director of the ski jumpers in Italy.

The main focus of the 25-time World Cup winner will be on the women's around the sisters Lara, Manuela, and Jessica Malsiner.

The 57-year-old Felder became the father of a daughter in February and would like to have more time for the family in the future. This is possible with the new position in Italy, said Felder.

Next winter, Felder will only be on site for the women's World Cup. Andrea Morassi, head coach of the men's team, will remain head coach of the ski jumpers of the Italian Federation.
