Like on Friday, two competitions were held also on Saturday at the Continental Cup in Willingen. Due to the bad weather forecast, Sunday's competition was rescheduled. And just like on Friday, Ulrich Wohlgenannt was also the outstanding athlete on the Muehlenkopf-hill on Saturday.

After his two wins on Friday, the 24-year-old was able to prolong his winning streak on Saturday. The Austrian won the first competition in the morning with jumps of 141.5 m and 145 m and a total of 274.6 points.
Cene Prevc presented himself in strong shape after his Corona-quarantine recently and after he finished third and eighth yesterday, the Slovene was second in this competition with 136 m and 143.5 m and 254.5 points.
Markus Schiffner of Austria came in second twice on Friday and stood on the podium again this time in third with 142 m and 140 m and 251.5 points.

The two Poles Aleksander Zniszczol and Pawel Wasek followed in fourth and fifth, Junshiro Kobayashi of Japan was sixth, Finland's Eetu Nousiainen came in on the very good seventh place.
Anders Haare of Norway moved up from 18th to eighth with a strong performance in the final round. The Top 10 were completed by Anze Semenic of Slovenia and Japan's Yuken Iwasa.

Ulrich Wohlgenannt then claimed his fourth win in a row with 143.5 m and 142 m and 291.5 points. Once again the Austrian was the best in both rounds.
The surprise of the day was provided by US American Decker Dean. The 20-year-old, who has shown consistently good performances in Willingen so far with three Top 20 results, sensationally finished second with 139 m and 135.5 m and 263.2 points and achieved his first-ever podium in the COC.
Anders Haare could again move up in the second round. At halftime he was 18th again, in the end, he came in third with 133.5 m and 146.5 m and 259.9 points.

Only 0.8 points behind Haare, Anze Semenic was fourth, followed by Norway's Robin Pedersen and his teammate Cene Prevc. The longest jump of the day was shown by Sander Vossan Eriksen with 151.5 m, with this great jump he could move up from 15th to seventh.
For Aleksander Zniszczol (8th), Eetu Nousiainen (9th), and Markus Schiffner, the weekend also ended with another Top 10 finish.

With his four wins in Willingen, Ulrich Wohlgenannt now took the overall lead in the Continental Cup with 461 points, ahead of Stefan Rainer (354 points) and Markus Schiffner (339 points).

The COC continues next weekend in Klingenthal (GER).
