Martin Hamann is the "Man of the Weekend" at the only Continental Cup of the 2020 summer season. After his win in Wisla (POL) on Friday, the German also claimed the top spot in the second competition on Saturday.

With 121.5 m he was only second best in the first round, but with the longest jump of the day of 137.5 m in the final and 262.7 points, the 23-year-old could then secure his second win in a row, the third overall in the COC. "My first jump today was okay, but not as good as yesterday, the second one was perfect for me. All in all my jumps this weekend were quite okay", Martin Hamann told after a perfect COC weekend for him.

Norway's Sander Vossan Eriksen was in the lead at halftime of the competition on the Adam-Malysz-hill with 129.5 m. Eriksen's second jump of 123 m was then not good enough in order to take the win, but with 257.6 points he was still able to repeat his strong second place from yesterday. "I think that I did better today than yesterday. I had two really good jumps that I'm very happy with. In the second round I felt a bit unlucky, because we went down one gate and the wind was not as good as it was for the jumper before me. But there's nothing to complain about, finishing second in the COC two days in a row is amazing", said the Norwegian.

In his only fourth appearance in the Continental Cup, Timon-Pascal Kahofer could already celebrate his first-ever podium finish. The Austrian, who had already proven his currently very good shape with the seventh place on Friday, jumped on 120 m and 131.5 m and scored 255.4 points. "The competition was very good. With my good second jump I managed to finish on the podium, which is great", said the 21-year-old.
Kahofer was followed by his two teammates Markus Schiffner and Stefan Rainer in fourth and fifth, together with third-placed Kahofer and Peter Resinger in tenth they provided for a strong team result for Austria.

Anze Lanisek, third on Friday, came in sixth, his Slovenian teammate Tilen Bartol could move up from 20th to seventh with a 135 m jump in the final round. Behind the two Slovenes, Stefan Hula and Klemens Muranka were the best Poles in eighth and ninth.
