Problems with injuries in team Norway
Some well-known athletes were not able to take part in this competition. Robert Johansson missed it due to back problems and Thomas Aasen Markeng had to undergo surgery earlier this week to remove a screw from his knee. He plans to return to the hill again soon.

Anders Fannemel is also still fighting for his comeback after he suffered an ACL tear in summer 2019. The former world record holder wanted to start jumping training again this summer but still struggles with pain in his knee. According to an interview with the Norwegian newspaper Dagbladet, the 30-year-old is currently even thinking about retiring due to these lengthy problems.
