The best ski jumpers of Poland and Slovenia couldn't start their short Christmas breaks after the last weekend, as national championships were held in both countries earlier this week.

The win in Poland surprisingly went to Tomasz Pilch. Dawid Kubacki came in second with 126 m and 151.7 points, Andrzej Stekala was third with 128.5 m and 148.2 points.
Maciej Kot, Aleksander Zniszczol, and Jakub Wolny followed in fourth, fifth and sixth. Kamil Stoch finished only 15th with a jump of only 105 m.
The women's competition was won by Kamila Karpiel with 113 m and 98.4 points, Kinga Rajda and Joanna Szwab tied with second (110 m; 90.5 points).
