With 2 competitions, 5 unpredictable victories and unexpected wind, this season-end final was thrilling ! Due to strong wind, the team event from Saturday was rescheduled for Sunday's morning, before the final individual competition. The weather forecast was a bit more promising but the season-end competition on large hill eventually finished with just one round.

Team Austria won today’s first competition ahead of Slovenia and Germany, winning also the Nations Cup. World Champions in Oberstdorf showed also a strong team today in Russia with Daniela Iraschko-Stolz, Sophie Sorschag, Chiara Hoelzl and Marita Kramer. Even without Ema Klinec who wanted to focus on the large hill competition, the strong Slovenian team consisting of Spela Rogelj, Katra Komar, Ursa Bogataj and Nika Kriznar managed to finish second.  Germany came third with Katharina Althaus, Juliane Seyfarth, Luisa Goehrlich and Anna Rupprecht.

On the second competition of the day, with only one jump, Sara Marita Kramer won the individual large hill competition. She even establish a new hill record with 146.5 m, followed by Norwegian Silje Opseth and Nika Kriznar. Kramer then confirmed her winner position also in the Blue Bird Tour with the so far usual Russian trio of Sara Takanashi ahead of Nika Kriznar.

With just 9 points advantage ahead of Takanashi and 11 of Kramer, Kriznar received the World Cup Overall Crystal Globe, this close fight having an unexpected end till the very last minute.
