The hosting team of Norway could celebrate another home win in the men's Continental Cup in Oslo on Sunday afternoon. After Andreas Granerud Buskum on Saturday, Fredrik Villumstad took the top spot on Sunday.

The local hero could already show a convincing performance with the fourth place on Saturday, and it went even better for the 22-year-old today. Fredrik Villumstad jumped on 102 m and 104.5 m on the Midtstubakken and took his very first win in the Continental Cup with 237.2 points.
"I had two solid jumps today, yesterday I had only one, so that's good. This victory means a lot, even if it's just another competition. I have been consistent in the Continental Cup this summer, so I hope I can continue like that", said the Norwegian.

Veteran Manuel Fettner of Austria once again confirmed his consistently strong shape this summer and repeated his second place from Saturday with jumps of 100 m and 101 m and a total of 233.9 points. Poland's Jakub Wolny, who finished in a disappointing 26th place in Saturday's competition, could significantly improve his performance and came in third today with 102.5 m and 98.5 m and 231.1 points.

After his ninth place yesterday, Daniel Andre Tande of Norway, who is taking part in an international competition for the first time since his crash in Planica last March, narrowly missed the podium in fourth. The fifth place went to half-time leader Stefan Hula of Poland, followed by Austria's Mika Schwann (6th) and the two Norwegians Anders Fannemel (7th) and Benjamin Oestvold (8th).

Daniel Tschofenig of Austria and Poland's Klemens Muranka also ended the weekend in the Norwegian capital in the Top 10 with finishing ninth and tenth.
The longest jump of the day was shown by Finland's Jarkko Maatta with 107 m in the final. With this performance, he could move up from 26th after the first round to 16th overall.

Before the final two competitions of this summer season next weekend in Klingenthal (GER), Mika Schwann leads the overall ranking of the Continental Cup with 517 points, Manuel Fettner is second with 490 points, Fredrik Villumstad follows in third with 366 points.
